Once your order is placed, it'll ship within the next day, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. Our order processing is automated, hence, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays, sales & limited edition releases. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.



The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary.
Shipping costs also vary depending on your location and desired shipping speed. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.




Most standard shipments are sent through several carriers and postal service providers. Packages mostly reach their destination in 5-8 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.



Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.



All shipped orders become the responsibility of your postal service provider. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your postal service provider to resolve any problems you might encounter.



Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).



While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the bottom of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate.
